A TRUE FRIEND OF IMMIGRANTS

I am very happy that on February 8th we are celebrating Ronald Reagan's 100th Birthday, specially here in California. The top Republican Party leaders will be here in California in preparation to celebrate Ronald Reagan's Birthday. Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, and Newt Gingrich, will be speaking in behave of Ronald Reagan. I would probably agree with every word they will speak in his honor.

One thing they will not speak on might be how he was the President that gave amnesty to thousand and thousand of immigrant families. He gave amnesty to some immigrants who did not deserve amnesty. But he was moved by compassion to help the ones who had the most need. (The poor) who came to this country were some of those who received this wonderful opportunity to become a citizen of our great Nation. This great act of compassion by Ronald Reagan showed an identity of dignity, a true friend of immigrants.  This very act was also shown by President Abraham Lincoln when he fought to give freedom to the Africans who were slaves in this country. Abraham Lincoln until this very day it is celebrated as an honor of freedom, not only to the Black Community, but for all people who has the freedom of our Great Nation.

My proposal is that the Republican Party would embrace this action by Ronald Reagan; and build a monument in honor of Ronald Reagan at the Union Station Down Town Los Angeles. It will remind all immigrants what an honorable man he was. The Democrat Party is promoted by the Media as the Sayers and no action. And President Obama has been saying what can he say to help to the immigrants, but where and when is this saying coming into action. In all honesty and reality, who was the Party that most helped the immigrants who came to this country? THE REPUBLICANS.
